The Process
« BUSINESS VISAS » :
FRENCH TECH (FT), FRENCH TALENT PASSPORT (TP),
BELGIAN PROFESSIONAL CARD (PC), BELGIAN SINGLE PERMIT (SP)
1.
After short exchanges with our team, you will submit your application to our Firm through a questionnaire, to which you attach a CV and a copy of your passport.
2.
Your application will be examined by our Committee within 24 hours. In case of validation, our administration will ask you to pay a retainer and upon reception of the latter, officially open a case.
3.
Within 24 hours following the opening of the case, our team will get in touch with you to ask you some information and documents, which depend on your situation and your project. The most often we need in particular technical information about your service or product and your current activity (which is for us the only requisite to start working as described point 4 below), as well as documents that you can start gathering while we work on your case, notably : bank and tax statements, evidences of contacts in EU (if you have), criminal record, copy of degrees, pictures, utility bills, and we will also send you a medical form to have filled by an agreed doctor.
4.
Setting up of the file can take us between 10 and 20 days, depending on the project, the program category and the degree of urgency.
5.
Once our file and your formal documents are ready, the application is submitted either at the Embassy / Consulate for FT, TP and PC, or in the country for SP. For PC, a short interview might be requested.
6.
Your application is now examined by national authorities, to which the Embassy (for FT TP and PC) will have forwarded it. We follow it up with them and answer to their questions. They need approximately 2 months to make a decision, except for PC which can be longer.
7.
When the « business visa » is granted, you go to the Embassy/ Consulate to pick up a long duration D-visa, which will give you the right to become a resident with your family.
8.
Upon your arrival in the country, we assist you and family to register as a resident.
9.
Back to business ! Now you have to achieve your project, the more often by starting up the business or realizing the investment (FT/TP/PC) or just starting your job (SP/TP for employees).
